Mortgage Closing Agent

What is a Mortgage Closing Agent?

A mortgage closing agent is separate from a mortgage broker or other such person. She or he doesn't work the deal that gets you the loan or connects you with any banks. Instead, the closing agent makes sure that all of the right documents are read, signed, and in order before delivering copies to all of the relevant parties.

The mortgage closing agent has extra training compared to a notary, and is especially familiar with all of the requirements. Not only that, one of ours can handle eDoc assignments, provide fax-backs, and operate with Mac and iOS platforms. Our agents will also provide courier service so that you don't have to worry about anything being lost in the mail or in the shipping stream of a large carrier.

We can take care of a wide variety of mortgage needs, ranging from refinancing to new construction loans. Call us today for a quote or to make an appointment.
